A lease executed under this chapter may provide for the payment of the lease rental in one (1) of the following ways:

1. (1) Entirely from the levy of taxes.
2. (2) Entirely from the net revenues of the hospital of which the leased building or buildings are a part.
3. (3) In part from the levy of taxes and in part from the net revenues as fixed and set forth in the lease.

4. (4) From a cumulative building fund established by the lessee under any of the following:

   1. (A) IC 16-12-16 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).
   2. (B) IC 16-12.1-4-4 (before its repeal on July 1, 1993).

   3. (C) IC 16-22-5 .
