- (a) As used in this section, "eyelash extensions" means strands of silk, mink, or another synthetic or natural material that are applied one (1) at a time and fixed to an individual's natural eyelashes.
- (b) The state department shall adopt reasonable rules to ensure the sanitary operation of facilities where eyelash extensions are applied as described in subsection (a).
