Ind. Code § 16-19-10-6

State department surveys; confidentiality

As added by P.L.261-2003, SEC.14.
  1. (a) The state department may conduct surveys:

    1. (1) concerning the health status of Indiana residents; and
    2. (2) evaluating the effectiveness of the state department's programs.
  2. (b) Information contained in a survey described in subsection (a) that identifies or could be used to determine the identity of a person responding to the survey is confidential. All other information contained in the survey is not confidential and is available for inspection and copying under IC 5-14-3 .
  3. (c) For purposes of this section, "survey" does not include data or information that is generated, collected, or transferred under IC 16-21-6-7 or IC 16-39-5-3 .
