Return of dogs

As added by P.L.4-2024, SEC.23.

(a) A retail pet store shall accept, for any reason, the return of a dog sold within three (3) business days of the original sale.
(b) The retail pet store may charge a return fee not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the purchase price of the dog.
