Notice to the public
As added by P.L.111-2009, SEC.4.
A person who:
- (1) is registered as a commercial dog breeder; and
(2) operates a commercial dog breeder operation;
shall indicate that the person is registered as a commercial dog breeder in a place clearly visible to the public.
