Ind. Code § 15-19-8-16

"Producer"

As added by P.L.8-2026, SEC.2.

As used in this chapter, "producer" means a person engaged in the business of farming and marketing hogs in Indiana under:

(1) the producer's own name; or
(2) the name of an entity in which the producer has ownership.
