Ind. Code § 15-19-7-7.5

"Immediate container"

As added by P.L.16-2026, SEC.5.

(a) As used in this chapter, "immediate container" means the:
1. (1) unit;
2. (2) can;
3. (3) box;
4. (4) tin;
5. (5) bag; or
6. (6) other receptacle or covering;
  in which a pet food or specialty pet food is displayed for sale to retail purchasers.
(b) The term does not include containers used as shipping containers.
