"Good manufacturing"

As added by P.L.16-2026, SEC.4.

As used in this chapter, "good manufacturing practice" refers to the following:

  1. (1) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in 21 CFR 225.
  2. (2) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A medicated articles as published in 21 CFR 226.
