Ind. Code § 15-18-5-20 – Minutes of meetings and other records

(a) The board shall keep:
1. (1) minutes of the board's meetings; and
2. (2) other books and records that clearly reflect all the acts and transactions of the board.
(b) The records of the board required to be kept under subsection (a) shall be open to examination during normal business hours.
