Ind. Code § 15-18-5-18

Quorum

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.9.

(a) A majority of voting members appointed to the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
(b) The affirmative vote of a majority of all members appointed to the board is necessary for the action of the board.
