1. (a) The board shall meet at least once every six (6) months.
2. (b) The board shall meet at a date, time, and place fixed by the board.

3. (c) The chairperson:

   1. (1) may call a special meeting; and
   2. (2) shall call a special meeting upon the request of at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the members of the board.

4. (d) Written notice of the date, time, and place of all meetings shall be mailed in advance to each board member.
