Ind. Code § 15-18-3-5

"Producer-cooperative"

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.9.

As used in this chapter, "producer-cooperative" includes:

  1. (1) corporations or associations organized under IC 15-12-1 ; or

  2. (2) similar corporations or associations organized under agricultural cooperative marketing acts of states adjoining Indiana and admitted to do business in Indiana.
