Ind. Code § 15-17-6-12

Emergency order; nonexpiration

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.8.

(a) For purposes of IC 4-21.5 , an order issued under this chapter is an emergency order.
(b) Notwithstanding IC 4-21.5-4-5 (a)(3), an emergency order issued under this chapter does not expire.
