"Federal acts", for purposes of IC 15-17-5 , means the following:

1. (1) The federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.).

2. (2) The federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 451 et seq.).
