Subject to section 8 of this chapter, the fees for licenses issued under this chapter are as follows:

1. (1) The base license fee for each disposal plant, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
2. (2) The license fee for each substation is twenty dollars ($20).

3. (3) The collection service license fee, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
