Ind. Code § 15-16-6-10

Withdrawals from treasury

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.7.

Money may be drawn from the treasury of an association only upon the order of a majority of the board of directors. A warrant must be:

(1) signed by the president of the board of directors; and
(2) attested by the treasurer.
