Condemnation costs
As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.7.
Whenever a decree of condemnation is entered under section 75(a) of this chapter against a pesticide product:
- (1) court costs;
- (2) fees;
- (3) storage costs; and
(4) other proper expenses;
shall be awarded against the person, if any, intervening as claimant of the pesticide product.
