A person may not dispose of, discard, or store any pesticide products or pesticide containers in a manner that may cause injury to:

1. (1) humans;
2. (2) plants;
3. (3) animals;
4. (4) wildlife;
5. (5) lands; or

6. (6) waters;

   except the pests that pesticide products are intended to prevent, destroy, control, or mitigate.
