Ind. Code § 15-16-4-38
"Rodenticide"
As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.7.
As used in this chapter, "rodenticide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for:
- (1) preventing;
- (2) destroying;
- (3) repelling; or
(4) mitigating;
rodents or any other vertebrate animal that the board declares to be a pest.
