As used in this chapter, "label" means:

1. (1) the:

   1. (A) written;
   2. (B) printed; or

   3. (C) graphic;

      matter on, or attached to, a pesticide product or the immediate container of the pesticide product; and

2. (2) any outside container or wrapper of the retail package of the pesticide product.
