1. (a) The state chemist shall publish at least annually, in a form that the state chemist considers proper, information concerning the following:

   1. (1) The sales of manure based fertilizers, including any data on sales that the state chemist considers advisable.
   2. (2) The results of the analyses conducted under this chapter based on official samples of manure based fertilizers sold within Indiana compared with the analysis guaranteed under section 2 of this chapter.

2. (b) The information published by the state chemist concerning the sale of manure based fertilizers:

   1. (1) must show separately the fall season and spring season of each year; and
   2. (2) may not disclose the operations of any person.
