- (a) Any fees collected for certification or educational programs under this chapter shall be collected by the state chemist and deposited with the treasurer of Purdue University and must be used to pay all necessary expenses incurred in carrying out and administering the certification and educational programs.
- (b) The fees deposited under this section must be included in the annual report prepared under IC 15-16-2-44.5 (c).
