Ind. Code § 15-16-1.5-71

"Storage"

As added by P.L.98-2026, SEC.2.

"Storage" means the storage of bulk fertilizer or manure based fertilizer by a person that:

(1) manufactures or distributes bulk fertilizer or manure based fertilizer; or
(2) stores bulk fertilizer or manure based fertilizer for personal use.
