"Permit"
As added by P.L.98-2026, SEC.2.
"Permit" refers to a permit issued under:
(1) IC 15-16-2-34 to report the tonnage of commercial fertilizer sold; or
(2) IC 15-16-3.5 to report the tonnage of manure based fertilizer sold.
