Ind. Code § 15-16-1.5-5 – "Appurtenance"

"Appurtenance" means any:

(1) valve;
(2) pump;
(3) fitting;
(4) pipe;
(5) hose;
(6) metering device; or
(7) mechanical device;
that is connected to a storage container or is used to transfer a material into or out of the storage container.
