Ind. Code § 15-16-10-6

Terms of members; removal

As added by P.L.23-2009, SEC.1.
  1. (a) The term of a member of the council appointed under this chapter is three (3) years.
  2. (b) The term of each member of the council continues until a successor has been appointed.
  3. (c) The appointing authority who appointed a member of the council may remove the member for cause.
