Ind. Code § 15-15-6-1

Application; applicable law

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.6.
  1. (a) Except as provided in section 2 of this chapter, this chapter applies to a seed contract for seed that is planted in Indiana.

  2. (b) Other applicable Indiana law not in conflict with this chapter applies to a seed contract for seed that is planted in Indiana.
