Receipts

As added by P.L.190-2019, SEC.19.
  1. (a) A person who sells hemp in Indiana must:

    1. (1) be licensed in Indiana and in the jurisdiction where the hemp was grown; and
    2. (2) provide the buyer with a receipt that contains the seller's name, place of business, and license number and quantity of hemp sold.
  2. (b) A person who buys hemp in Indiana must retain the receipt described in subsection (a)(2) for a period of two (2) years.
