1. (a) The commission may deposit revenues not set forth in section 3 of this chapter in funds:

   1. (1) other than the fund; and
   2. (2) created under the commission's accounting system.

2. (b) Funds created under the commission's accounting system are subject to audit by the state board of accounts.
