The board shall establish standing committees to assist with planning the fair with the assistance of staff. Committees related to the following activities are required:

1. (1) Livestock and competitive events.
2. (2) Fundraising and youth development.
3. (3) County fair engagement.
4. (4) Any other committee established by the board.
