Ind. Code § 15-13-3-7

Accounting system; audit

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.

(a) The commission shall adopt a cost accounting system that is governed by generally accepted accounting principles.
(b) The commission is subject to audit by the state board of accounts.
