1. (a) Promptly following the close of a fiscal year, the commission shall submit an annual report of the commission's activities for the preceding year to the:

   1. (1) governor;
   2. (2) budget committee; and
   3. (3) general assembly.
2. (b) The annual report submitted under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .

3. (c) The annual report must set forth a complete operating and financial statement of the commission during that year.
