Ind. Code § 15-13-2-1

State fair commission established

As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.4.

(a) The state fair commission is established.
(b) The commission:
1. (1) is a separate body, corporate and politic;
2. (2) is not a state agency; and
3. (3) performs essential governmental functions.
