At the first meeting each year of the advisory committee, the trustees shall report the following:

1. (1) The activities of the barn during the previous calendar year.
2. (2) The financial condition of the barn for the barn's most recently completed fiscal year.

3. (3) The trustees' plans for the barn for the current calendar year.
