1. (a) The trustees may establish a nonprofit entity to solicit, raise, and accept funds.
2. (b) The nonprofit entity established under this section may receive proceeds from the operations of the barn, subject to approval by the commission.

3. (c) The nonprofit entity established under this section is governed by a board of directors. The directors include:

   1. (1) the presiding officer of the trustees of the barn, who may act as presiding officer of the board of directors; and

   2. (2) four (4) individuals appointed by the trustees.
