Ind. Code § 15-11-8-6
Department's powers
As added by P.L.2-2008, SEC.2.
The department may:
- (1) employ persons;
- (2) make expenditures;
- (3) require reports and records;
- (4) make investigations; and
(5) take other action;
that the department considers necessary or suitable for the proper administration of this chapter.
