Political activities not to be required
As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.2.
An officer appointee or a conservation officer of the division may not be ordered in any manner to do any of the following:
(1) Engage in the activities or interest of any of the following:
- (A) A political party.
- (B) A candidate for public office.
- (C) A candidate for nomination to public office.
(2) Participate in any manner in a political campaign for the nomination or election of candidates to public office.
