A person who knowingly obstructs, hinders, or interferes with:

1. (1) the director;
2. (2) the division director;
3. (3) a conservation officer; or

4. (4) an employee or agent of the division of fish and wildlife;

   in lawful discharge of the individual's duty in the enforcement of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor.
