Ind. Code § 14-9-8-18

Carrying arms

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.2.

(a) A uniformed conservation officer shall carry arms in the performance of the officer's duty.
(b) A nonuniformed conservation officer may carry arms in the performance of the officer's duty.
