Ind. Code § 14-9-8-13
Ineligibility for reappointment
As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.2.
A person who:
- (1) is discharged from the division; or
(2) withdraws before the completion of two (2) years of duty from date of appointment;
is not eligible for reappointment.
