Ind. Code § 14-39-0.6-9

"Carbon sequestration"

As added by P.L.161-2026, SEC.39.

(a) "Carbon sequestration" means the long term containment of a:
1. (1) gaseous;
2. (2) liquid; or
3. (3) supercritical;
  carbon dioxide stream in subsurface geologic formations.
(b) The term does not apply to carbon dioxide capture or transport.
