Ind. Code § 14-39-0.6-19
"Person"
As added by P.L.161-2026, SEC.39.
"Person" means:
(1) an individual;
(2) a legal entity;
(3) a government entity; or
(4) an employee of a:
(A) legal entity; or
(B) government entity.
