Regulation of underground petroleum storage wells
As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.30.
The commission shall regulate the drilling, deepening, operating, plugging, and abandoning of the following:
- (1) Wells for underground storage of petroleum products.
(2) Other wells for oil and gas purposes that may affect underground storage reservoirs.
