In accordance with Article 5(i) of the Interstate Mining Compact, the Interstate Mining Commission shall file copies of its bylaws and amendments to the bylaws with the following:

1. (1) The office of the governor.
2. (2) The division of reclamation.

3. (3) The department of natural resources.
