Ind. Code § 14-33-8-17

Approval of report; payment of appraisal; possession of appropriated property

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.26.

When the report of the board of appraisers regarding damages is approved by the court, the board of directors may do the following:

  1. (1) Pay to the clerk of the court the amount of the appraisal.
  2. (2) Take possession of and hold the interest in the real property appropriated.
