No effect on Great Lakes Compact

This chapter does not in any way supersede or affect the Great Lakes—St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact under IC 14-25-15-1 or any:
- (1) restrictions, obligations, powers, rights, duties, prohibitions, immunities, privileges, organizations, or procedures established;
- (2) actions taken; or
(3) supplemental or concurring legislation enacted or rules adopted;
under IC 14-25-15-1 or the Compact.
