1. (a) The commission shall do the following:

   1. (1) Fix the times of the commission's regular meetings.
   2. (2) Have at least one (1) meeting in each quarter of the year.
2. (b) A special meeting of the commission may be called in a manner that the commission shall establish.

3. (c) A member of the commission may waive notice of any meeting by filing a written waiver with the secretary of the commission.
