Ind. Code § 14-28-1-32

Violations; Class B infractions

(a) A person who knowingly violates section 20(2), 20(3), or 29 of this chapter commits a Class B infraction.
(b) Each day of continuing violation after conviction of the offense constitutes a separate offense.
