1. (a) The board shall have copies of each ordinance made available to the public.

2. (b) The board may provide for the printing of any of the ordinances of the authority in pamphlet form or in bound volumes. The board may:

   1. (1) distribute the pamphlets or volumes without charge; or

   2. (2) charge the cost of printing and distribution.
