Ind. Code § 14-27-6-15

Board; restrictions on members

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.20.

(a) A member of the board is ineligible to hold an appointive office or employment for the authority.
(b) A member of the board may not be or become personally interested in a contract with or claim against the authority.
